Do you feel lost and confused about your direction in life?
Do you feel stuck and unfulfilled, even if it seems like you "should" be happy?
Are you ready to tap into your potential and grow into your most authentic version of yourself?
Welcome! I'm Michelle.
My vision is for you, a motivated free-thinker, to access your power and creativity in order to realize your purpose and build a life filled with passion.
With over 10 years in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of helping people just like you look inwards, dive deep, and grow into the best version of themselves.
You already have everything you need within you. Your courage, creativity, and clarity is already there (Really, it is!) Let's help you fully embody them.
And hey, I've been there. I've explored the shadows of my soul, excavated the darkness from the corners, and re-awakened to my truer purpose. I want to help you do the same!
It’s important I meet you where you’re at. Because of this, I offer therapy and coaching.
Whether you are looking for in-depth exploratory healing services or hyper-focused goal-oriented work, I’m here!
I also provide clinical supervision for those in the mental health field.

I have worked in a vast array of mental health settings including community mental health centers, non-profit agencies, and most recently in the group and private practice realms. This has granted me the opportunity to work those who identify with varying ages, races, sexual identities, gender identities, and socio-economic statuses.
“One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul. Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it.”
Clarissa Pinkola Estes
I look forward to meeting you.
