Our work together will empower you to tap into your internal strength, resilience, and courage. I will teach you tools to help when those pesky voices saying "You're not enough" arise. You will learn to help calm your nerves when things feel overwhelming.

We will also work to safely explore the parts of you that are stuck in the past  and are holding onto those beliefs. Using an eclectic approach of IFS, EMDR, somatic-based interventions, and others, we will release and unburden these parts from their limitations. Self-limiting beliefs will transform into love, compassion, and growth. 
 

We will reconfigure your life with this new foundation of self-love and desire for growth. We will look at what is no longer serving you and replace them with what encourages transformation. Picture fulfilling relationships, a satisfying career, and so much more!

More About Internal Family Systems

I believe that as humans, we are born with innate wisdom, courage, curiosity, and compassion. As we move through tough life experiences, we can become fragmented, creating parts of self. These parts can become disharmonious leading to distress, destructive patterns, and self-judgment. I believe that by turning inwards, we can repair these relationships between these parts of ourselves. By invoking our innate qualities of compassion and curiosity, we can restore harmony within our internal world. As these relationships mend, we again begin to feel whole, empowered, and frankly unstoppable.
